分子生物学の進歩に伴い, 癌で発現が亢進あるいは低下し, 浸潤・転移能の増強や治療抵抗性の発現と密接に関与する分子群が, 報告されるようになった。今回我々は, 抗Survivin, LivinおよびXIAP自己抗体に注目し, 各種消化器癌, 肺癌や乳癌患者の血清診断を試みた。癌患者29例中14例(48%)で, いずれかの自己抗体が検出された。なかでも, 抗Survivin自己抗体の陽性率が最も高く, 45%(13/29)であった。
