上肢末梢機能を指標とする急性振動負荷実験を系統的に行ない、ISO 標準化法を主とする機能検査成績について解析した。急性振動負荷影響は環境温や振動周波数、防振手袋等で異なり、無毛部と有毛部で異なる生理学的機序が示唆された。末梢機能検査は有効であるが、病歴、理学所見、その他所見と併せて総合的に診断を行なう必要がある。関連学会・研究会、国際学術誌に発表し、体系的な曝露基準・作業基準について解析・討議を継続している。
