In the present study, ambulatory care nurses and nursing students collaborated using actual subjects and models as teaching aids to practice and assess the actual procedures and reasons for physical examinations, inhalations, intravenous drip injections, blood sampling, and vaccinations, so that children are able to take an interest in their own bodies and health. Although tense, the children (approximately 5 years old) actively involved themselves, and the parents who participated alongside became aware of the importance of providing explanations to children. In addition, the nursing students were able to gain a better understanding of children's demeanor and the significance of health education as they assisted the procedures. Based on these results and other data, consideration is given to a detailed health education program proposal targeting children which ambulatory care nurses may put into practice as well as practical training methods in outpatient care for nursing students.

在本研究中，门诊护理护士和护生合作，以实际的科目和模型作为教具，练习和评估体检、吸入、静脉滴注、采血和接种疫苗的实际程序和原因，使儿童能够关注自己的身体和健康。虽然紧张，但儿童(大约5岁)积极参与其中，参与其中的父母意识到向儿童提供解释的重要性。此外，护生在协助手术的同时，亦能进一步了解儿童的行为举止及健康教育的重要性。根据这些结果和其他数据，考虑了针对儿童的详细的健康教育方案建议，护士可以实施门诊护理，以及对护生进行门诊护理的实用培训方法。
