The Structure of the Effective Introduction Process of External Consultation in the Oncology Nursing area

【目的】建立肿瘤护理领域的外部会诊模式【方法】明确外部会诊的需求和技术，制定外部会诊模式，并进行干预研究。[结果](1)不同岗位对外部咨询的需求不同，外部咨询师在咨询过程中不同阶段使用的咨询技术也不同。(2)研究对象为4个病区60名护士，平均护理年限12.4年。在评估了每个病房的护理质量后，我们提供了知识和研究支持。干预结束后进行的问卷调查（60人中有53人回答）中，有28人（52.8%）认为对病房情况的分析“非常准确”。关于干预的有用性，40人（75.5%）回答“非常有用”。【结论】本研究开发的外部会诊模型，将分析过程划分为明确定义的步骤，能够准确识别每个病房面临的问题。

[Purpose] To develop an external consultation model in the cancer nursing field[Methods] Clarify the need and techniques for external consultation, develop an external consultation model, and conduct an intervention study.[Results] (1) The need for external consultation varies among duty positions, and the consulting techniques used by external consultants vary from stage to stage in the consultation process. (2) Study subjects comprised 60 nurses in four wards (average nursing experience : 12.4 years). After evaluating the quality of nursing care delivered in each ward, we provided knowledge and research support. According to the questionnaire conducted after the intervention (a total of 53 out of 60 people responded), 28 people (52.8%) said that the analysis on the situation in the ward was "very accurate." Regarding the usefulness of the intervention, 40 people (75.5%) responded "very useful."[Conclusion] The external consultation model developed in this study, in which the analysis process is divided into clearly defined steps, enabled accurate identification of problems faced by each ward.
