本年度は、『古今和歌集』と『後撰和歌集』の伝木のうち、藤原定家が校訂し、書写した証本に着目し、研究発表と学術論文を公表した。定家本『後撰和歌集』に関しては、学会発表「定家本『後撰和歌集』の性格」において、藤原清輔が提示していた「未定稿説」を定家が利用して「草稿本流布説」を唱え、「藤原行成筆本」を最大限に活用した証本を作ったことを明らかにした。方法として、定家本『後撰和歌集』に書き込まれている勘物と、行成本による注記に着目し、それらと、定家の著した歌学書の記述との連関から、定家の思考を読み取る手法を用いた。定家本の生成に、清輔本および清輔の思考が影響を与えていることを明らかにした点に本発表の意義があると思われる。定家本『古今和歌集』に関しては、前年度の学術発表をもとに論文「初期冷泉家と定家本『古今和歌集』」を執筆した。また、学会発表「貞応元年六月十日奥書本『古今和歌集』の諸問題」においては、伊達家旧蔵本の成立年が通説よりも遡りうる可能性を示した。さらに、これまで研究されることのなかった、陽明文庫蔵貞応元年六月定家本について初めての調査を行った。勘物や注記類の精査から、この本に清輔本(永治二年本系続か)による校合が施されていること、そして二条家の周辺で用いられていたことを明らかにした点に意義がある。なお本年度は、これまでの成果を纏め、学位申請論文「『古今和歌集』『後撰和歌集』の文献学的研究」を京都大学に提出し、博士(文学)の学位を取得した。上記論文の構成は下記の通りである。第一部第一章「伊達家旧蔵『古今和歌集』をめぐって」、第一部第二章「初期冷泉家と定家本『古今和歌集』」、第一部第三章「清輔本『古今和歌集』の一伝本」、第一部第四章「清輔本『古今和歌集』享受の一側面」、第二部第一章「清輔木『後撰和歌集』証本の性格」、第二部第二章「定家本『後撰和歌集』の生成」、附章「『新古今和歌集』の編纂過程における本文改訂について」
