项目摘要

本年度は,対象者の学年に応じた問題解決スキル訓練プログラムを開発し,従来の問題解決スキル訓練との比較を通して,子どもの攻撃行動の変容効果を確認することを目的とした。最初に,介入対象者の学年に応じた問題解決スキル訓練プログラムが開発され,プログラムの内容的妥当性が確認された。次に。開発された介入プログラムを用いて,問題解決プロセスを変容させる心理教育的授業を実施することで,プログラムの実施による問題解決プロセスおよび攻撃行動の変容効果について検討を行った。対象者(小学5年生40名,中学2年生145名,合計185名)は,従来型の問題解決スキル訓練プログラムに参加する比較対照群と,本研究で開発された学年別問題解決スキル訓練プログラムに参加する実験群に,各群約半数が振り分けられた。分析の結果,両群において,向社会的な解決策の案出数が増える,向社会的な解決策を有効だと考える程度が増加するなどの変化が見られた。それに伴って,身体的攻撃や言語的攻撃が減少する傾向が確認された。さらに,これらの結果は特に実験群において顕著であった。本研究は,小学5年生以下の児童では解決策の結果予期よりも怒りコントロールに重点を置き,小学6年生以上の児童生徒では解決策実施後の結果状況の解釈の練習に重点を置くなど,学年別に開発した問題解決スキル訓練が小中学生の攻撃行動をより顕著に減少させるという点を実験的データから示した点で,今後の研究に大きな影響を与えると思われる。また,対象者の学年に応じた支援の方策を具体的に提案したという点から,臨床的意義が大きいと思われる。
