项目摘要

これまでの研究から,事前に意味的な知覚的長期記憶を想起すると,物語文の読み時間が短く,自伝的記憶を想起させると長くなることが確認された(Tsunemi, under revision)。そこで,読み時間の延長が何を意味するのかをより詳しく調べるために,新たに発話思考法を課し,読解中の思考過程を直接検討した結果,読者個人の記憶が活性化し,読解内容と強く結び付いている例が得られた。加えて,同様の実験を行いながら読者の視線運動を計測した実験も行った。上記の実験結果と合わせて,総合的に物語読解中の知覚的表象および知覚的記憶,その一例としての自伝的記憶の関与,認知過程について検討を進めていく。また,これまでの文献調査の一部をまとめ,言語処理中の内的な知覚運動処理研究について最新のレビュー論文を心理学評論に投稿し,採択された(常深・楠見,2010)。同論文の後半部では,レビューを礎とし,読解中の知覚運動処理システムを説明するための新たなモデルとして擬似自伝的記憶モデルを提案した。本モデルでは,読解中の擬似的な知覚体験に焦点を当てることで,これまで未詳であった,物語文章の読解中に構築され蓄積されていく心的表象の体制化・保持の認知過程が,私たちの日常生活の経験の総体である自伝的記憶に類似した構造を取ることを提唱した。本モデルに基づいて研究が行われることで,物語長文の読解過程についての認知心理学的研究が前進することが期待できる。更に,以前Discourse Processes誌に投稿した際のコメントに基づき,過去の実験の参加者を新たに取り足し,約1.5倍に増やした。更に,実施済みの実験1つを新たに加えて再投稿するため現在執筆中である。これらの成果および未発表分の昨年度の研究成果については,アムステルダムで行われた19th Annual Meeting of Society for Text & Discourseおよび慶應大学SFCで行われた認知科学会に参加し発表を行った。その際得られたコメント,示唆を元に更に発展させていく。
