本研究では要支援者の身体機能を評価するテストバッテリ(組テスト)と評価尺度を作成し,対象者へのフィードバックやライフスタイルの変容に主眼をおいた評価尺度(身体機能年齢)を作成した.また,今回実施した運動プログラムは,特定高齢者に対しても安全に継続することができ,身体機能や身体活動量の向上につながる可能性が示された.そして,身体機能評価や家庭でも実施可能な運動プログラムを提供するシステムを試作した.

In this study, the evaluation scale of the body function of the important supporter was established, and the evaluation scale of the main eye (body function year) of the target was established. In this case, exercise is currently being performed, and certain high levels of activity are associated with increased safety, physical function, and physical activity. In addition, the body function evaluation and the family can perform the exercise and provide the test results.
