A study on the daily living area and Regional Comprehensive Support Center to guarantee the community based housing of the elderly

针对2005年《长期护理保险法》修订后设立的“日常生活区”和“区域综合支援中心”，通过在日本进行的调查和问卷调查，研究了(1)如何设立日常生活区、(2)区域综合支援中心与日常生活区之间的关系、(3)如何促进各企业之间的合作。此外，为了了解国际上在特定区域内提供护理服务的现状和问题，我们在瑞典和加拿大进行了实地调查，并将调查结果作为解决上述(1)~(3)的参考。

Regarding "areas of daily living" and "Regional Comprehensive Support Center" which were established as a result of the revision of the Long-term Care Insurance Law in 2005, (1) how the areas of daily living should be set up, (2) the relationship between Regional Comprehensive Support Center and the areas of daily living, (3) how the cooperation among various businesses can be promoted, were examined based on surveys and questionnaires conducted in Japan.In addition, to learn the current situation and problems of international effort to provide nursing service within set areas, field surveys were conducted in Sweden and Canada, and the results were used as reference to address the above (1)～(3).
