Theory and methodology of the practices for inclusive society in urban intermediate institutions

我们研究了城市中间机构的概念，并展示了其为包容性社会做出贡献的能力。我们通过行动研究论证如下；1)当一个人有机会遇到不同的人和许多社会问题时，他/她往往会加深对个人社会问题的意识。2)当一个人自发地采取行动解决某个特定的社会问题时，他/她倾向于将兴趣和行动扩展到其他不同的社会问题上。3)少数民族参与的可控包容性情境，往往使参与者试图产生包容性社会。4)包容性社会实践中不同人群之间的冲突在一定的受控环境中具有加强社会联系的潜力。此外，我们还与韩国的包容性社会实践合作，深化东亚地区实践的概念和方法。

We examined the concept of urban intermediate institutions, and demonstrated its ability to contribute to the effort for inclusive society. We demonstrated by action research as follows; 1) when a person has chance to meet diverse people and many social problems, he/she tends to deepen the consciousness of the individual social problem. 2) when a person spontaneously acts to solve a particular social problem, he/she tends to extend the interest and action on the other diverse social problems. 3) controlled inclusive situation where minority people participate among others tends to make participants attempt to generate inclusive society. 4) conflicts among diverse people in practices for inclusive society have potential to strengthen social ties in certain controlled environment. Also we collaborated with Korean practices for inclusive society and deepen the concept and methodology of practices under the locality of East Asia.
