本研究では、スポーツ活動に関わるボランティアの専門性を活動特性や活動意識との関係性に着目し類型化を試みことを目的とした。そこで障害者スポーツを推進する国際組織にかかわるボランティアを対象とした質問紙調査を実施した。スポーツにかかわるボランティアの活動特性(業務内容、活動期間、取得資格)と専門性(活動知識、活動適応感、報酬業務)との関連を分析した結果、地域で日常的かつ継続的に活動するコミュニティボランティアは、短期間、一過的な活動参加のイベントボランティアに比べ専門性意識が有意に高かった。また専門性意識には対象となる活動への興味・関心とスポーツ関連資格の有無が有意に関連していることが明らかとなり、関連資格取得がスポーツ・ボランティアの専門性に影響していることが示唆され、イベントボランティアとコミュニティボランティアの相違を確認した。

This study focuses on the relationship between activity and purpose. The investigation was conducted by international organizations. The results of the analysis of the relationship between the characteristics of the event (business content, event period, qualifications) and the relevance (event knowledge, event suitability, and compensation business) show that the daily activities in the region are more complex and the awareness of the relevance of participating in short-term and one-off events is higher than that of participating in events. For example, if a person is interested in the activity, he/she may be interested in the activity. If a person is interested in the activity, he/she may be interested in the activity. If a person is interested in the activity, he/she may be interested in the activity. If a person is interested in the activity, he/she may be interested in the activity.
