液滴エピタキシー成長手法を用いることで回転対称性のよいガリウム砒素量子リング構造を作製できる。我々は孤立した1個の量子リングに対し、10テスラまでの磁気発光スペクトルを観測し、その結果、6テスラ程度の磁場領域で、顕著な発光強度の減衰が見出された。中性励起子状態のアハロノフ・ボーム効果に由来すると考えられる。
