本研究では製品設計、工程設計、物流設計およびサービス設計を製品ファミリーツリーと部品表により統合化し、開発・設計、生産、購買・外注およびサービスの各ビジネスプロセスを戦略的に管理でき、国際的な競争優位を維持・向上できる人材を育成するための教育プログラムの開発、運営、評価および改善法を提案して、2年間、2回の受講者24名の理解度と満足度向上の点からその有効性を検証できた。
This study provides a proposal for the development, operation, evaluation and improvement of product design, engineering design, logistics design, service design, product development, and parts list, as well as for the management, international competitive advantage maintenance, and upward human resource development. 2.
