A basic medical ESP course was designed as a blended learning, project-based course fully supported by ICT. It was implemented using materials developed for the first year students majoring in radiological technology. From the Activity Theory perspective, the outcomes of this experimental course revealed that students' perception shifted gradually from "English as knowledge to be obtained" to one of "English as communication tool to be used" to meet the goal of an activity. Significantly, the students were able to introduce diseases using a range of English medical terms.

基础医学ESP课程设计为一个混合式学习，基于项目的课程，充分支持信息和通信技术。它是使用为放射技术专业一年级学生开发的材料实施的。从活动理论的角度来看，本实验课程的结果表明，学生的感知逐渐从“英语作为知识来获得”到“英语作为交际工具来使用”，以实现活动的目标。值得注意的是，学生们能够使用一系列英语医学术语介绍疾病。
