项目摘要

本研究では、7世紀第III四半期以前の前期評段階とそれ以降の後期評段階との間で、限定的・端緒的で不安定な官衙施設から恒常的な施設への変化や、王領を核として住民を王権直属民とした人的編成組織から領域による人民掌握単位への変化がうかがえることを明らかにした。また、国衙には7世紀第III四半期以前に遡る例がないことも示した。それによって、天武朝以降に国評制が成立し、8世紀以降の国郡制として継承され確立していく過程を展望した。

This study focuses on the early evaluation stage before the third and fourth half of the 7th century and the later evaluation stage and the subsequent evaluation stage, limited and unstable official government facilities, and permanent facilities.
