项目摘要
本研究は、「街なか居住」をキーワードに、地方都市の居住地再編を目指した公共住宅施策の検討を街なかと郊外住宅地をそれぞれフィールドにしながら検討を進めたものであり、2007年度は、人口10万人を超える当方地方の主要都市における街なか居住の進展とその立地環境の質的変化を土地利用データの経年変化から明らかにし、2008年度は郊外住宅地居住者へのアンケートから、従前住宅の活用の可能性と限界を明らかにした。
