胆嚢癌および乳癌について、DNA転写物質をコードするMYC, 容体型チロシンキナーゼをコードするERBB2, EGFR の遺伝子の増幅をfluorescence in situ hybridizationを用いて検索した。胆嚢癌では97 例中3例にMYCの増幅があり、1例でERBB2とEGFR、1例でERBB2の同時増幅を認めた。乳癌では91例中31例にMYCの増幅がみられ、このうち10例にERBB2の同時増幅をみとめた。
Biliary cancer and breast cancer, DNA writing substances, MYC, volume type, ERBB2, EGFR gene amplification, fluorescence in situ hybridization In 97 cases of biliary cancer, 3 cases of MYC increased, 1 case of ERBB2 increased, and 1 case of ERBB2 increased. 31 out of 91 cases of breast cancer had increased amplitude of MYC, 10 out of 91 cases had increased amplitude of ERBB, 10 out of 91 cases had increased amplitude of ERBB.
