本研究は、成人気管支喘息患者とその主治医に対する新潟県内のアンケート調査とそれを行う県内医師ネットワークを基盤として行われた。疫学的解析の結果では、有月経女性喘息585症例中、月経喘息症例は82症例、有月経女性喘息症例(コントロール症例)は503症例であり、月経喘息の24.4%がアスピリン喘息であった。また、有生理女性のアスピリン喘息症例58症例中20症例が月経喘息症例であり、月経喘息に対する重要な関与が示され、また、アスピリン喘息症例との類似性が確認された。新潟大学遺伝子倫理委員会の承認のもとに、対象症例の遺伝子収集が開始され、コントロール症例や非喘息症例を含め現在346症例の検体を得て、ロイコトリエン受容体の遺伝子解析が行われた。今回の検討では、ロイコトリエン受容体1、2の遺伝子多型について、月経喘息症例とコントロール症例間では、有意な違いは認められず、ロイコトリエン受容体変異が月経喘息発症機序に関与する可能性は低い事が示唆された。

This study is aimed at investigating the clinical manifestations of asthma in adults. The results of epidemiological analysis showed that there were 585 cases of menstrual wheezing, 82 cases of menstrual wheezing, 503 cases of menstrual wheezing, and 24.4% of menstrual wheezing. In 58 cases, 20 cases were confirmed to be similar to those of women with asthma. The Niigata University Ethics Committee recognized the need for a collection of information on symptoms, including 346 symptoms, and conducted a collection of information on symptoms and non-wheezing. This paper discusses the possibility that different receptors may be involved in the pathogenesis of asthma, such as respiratory tract asthma, respiratory tract asthma and respiratory tract asthma.
