我々はマウスGFP/CCl4モデル(骨髄細胞から肝細胞への分化・増殖評価モデル)を開発し,そのモデルでの骨髄細胞内の肝細胞に分化増殖する細胞集団の特徴をFEI社製透過型電子顕微鏡Tecnai12BTを使用し免疫電顕で微小環境での骨髄細胞の動態を解析した。GFP陽性骨髄由来細胞の定着,分化の形態的変化,肝細胞索構造の形成をとらえ,またLiv2陽性細胞・A6陽性細胞・Liv8陽性細胞・MMP9陽性細胞・Maid陽性細胞など様々な細胞を検出することができた。Liv2陽性細胞は小型であり,類円形のMMP9,Maid,Liv8等陽性細胞とは大きさ・形態が異なり,二つの骨髄細胞集団が存在することが確認できた。
