精神科通院患者73名、一般就労者は232名から基礎データ(職場内での心理的負荷、職場外での心理的負荷、GHQ-30[精神の健康度]、NEO-FFI[人格傾向]、MPS[完全主義傾向]、自尊感情評価尺度など)を収集することが出来た。休職の背景には、休職者の完全主義傾向、神経症的な性格が大きく影響していること、女性就労者では上司との関係が影響していることが明らかとなった。

73 general psychiatric patients and 232 general psychiatric patients were selected. The results showed that there was a significant difference between basic mental health (psychological load in the workplace, psychological load outside the workplace, GHQ-30, NEO-FFI, MPS, and self-esteem and emotional evaluation). The background of retirement, the perfectionist tendency of retirement, the personality of neurosis, and the relationship between female employees and their superiors are greatly influenced.
