食道癌由来培養細胞に脱メチル化剤を投与することによって、発現増加を認めた遺伝子をマイクロアレイ解析によって絞り込み、その中で、chromosome 15 open reading frame 48(C15orf48)に注目した。この遺伝子のプロモーター領域の異常メチル化を確認し、細胞運動能との関連を明らかにした。以上より、機能不明の異常メチル化により発現が制御されるC15orf48遺伝子の機能解析を行い、細胞運動能との関連性が深いことを明らかにした。
Esophageal carcinoma-derived cultured cells were cultured in vitro for a period of time. The results showed that the expression of the protein was increased. Chromosome 15 open reading frame 48(C15orf48) was noted. The abnormal changes in the cell movement field were confirmed, and the relationship between cell movement and cell movement was clarified. The function analysis of C15orf48 gene is carried out, and the relationship between cell movement energy and abnormal group is deeply discussed.
