The 30 degree lateral positions have been to prevent decubitus in healthcare situations. The purpose of this research is the way to put them body properly from the view of usual posture or movement and comfortable. As a result, the 30 degree lateral positions are against to the usual activities, it revealed that they never desirable positions for human activities as science effectiveness except to prevent decubitus.

30度侧卧位是为了防止在医疗保健情况下发生褥疮。本研究的目的是从平常的姿势或动作以及舒适的角度来探讨如何正确地摆放他们的身体。结果表明，30度侧卧位与人体的正常活动是相违背的，除了预防褥疮外，它对人体活动的科学效果并不理想。
