Relationship between pleasure feelings and autonomic nerve activity in nursing care.

通过文献综述和实验研究，为“热敷”的效果积累证据。有人认为，“热敷”会导致舒适的困倦和交感神经减少。基于这些结果，我们对住院患者进行干预评价研究。住院患者在睡觉前对颈部后区进行热敷，使患者感到舒适。由于应激降低，唾液淀粉酶值降低，远端皮肤温度升高。此外，我们还发现对颈部后区进行热敷可以促进夜间睡眠。

We accumulated the evidence about the effect of "hot compresses" by an integrated literature review and the experimental research.It was suggested that "hot compresses" caused comfortable sleepiness and a sympathetic decrease.Based on these results, we conducted the intervention evaluation study to inpatients. The inpatients received the hot compresses to posterior region of the neck before going to bed, then they felt comfortableness. Because stress decreased, a value of salivary amylase decreased, and the distal skin temperature increased. Besides, it was found that the hot compresses to posterior region of the neck promoted night sleep.
