本研究課題では, 認知症高齢者グループホーム, 小規模生活単位型特別養護老人ホーム, 小規模多機能型居宅介護事業所・宅老所をフィールドとして, これらの施設での空間構成, 入居者の生活様態(滞在場所, 交流の相手, 滞在場所の移動), 入居者の属性(性別, ADL・認知症の程度有無や程度等)との対応関係を明らかにし, こうした生活施設の空間構成についての考察を査読論文としてとりまとめ, 発表した.
