项目摘要

本研究の目的は, (1)共同作業において, 参加者が何名以上の場合に, それほど積極的に作業に従事しない「社会的手抜き」を行う者が現れるのか, (2)その際に参加者間の役割関係はどのように発現・変遷していくのか, を明らかにすることである. そのために, 空間移動型の構造物組立課題を設定し, 2名/3名/4名と参加人数を変化させた場合における共同作業の参加者間の役割の発現・変遷を比較分析する. また評価方法として, 共同作業の達成度や協力度に関する心理的測定方法に加え, ユビキタスコンピューティング技術を用いたセンサ情報による行動的測定方法の2つを用いる.これまでに収録した3名による空間移動型の構造物組立課題の共同作業X2グループ分のデータについて, 共同作業における役割に関する第三者評定の結果をもとに、作業参加者の言語・非言語行動の特徴量について重回帰分析を行なった。その結果から, リーダー・積極的なフォロワー・消極的なフォロワーという3種類の役割ごとに, 共同作業過程の序盤・中盤・終盤における役割推定モデルを導出した。いずれも調整済みの決定係数が0.4以上であったため, あてはまりのよいモデルが得られた.残念ながら, センサを設置してある設備を継続的に借用することが困難であったため, 空間移動型の構造物組立課題で参加人数を変化させた場合のデータを収録することはかなわなかった. 異なる課題ではあるが, ストーリー再生課題で, 話し手が2名と3名の場合における言語・非言語行動を収録した。比較分析した結果, 発話量の分散・発話権の持続時間・話者間の視線配布時間に差異が見られた. しがたって, 参加者間で協力して物語のあらすじを説明する際には参加人数の違いによりコミュニケーションの方略が異なる可能性が示唆された.この結果から, 参加人数の違いが共同作業に何らかの影響を及ぼす可能性があることがうかがえる.
