项目摘要

2年目の研究計画は，次の3つであった．まず、1年目に行っていた研究を継続して実行すること。2つ目は、2年目に行った論文や資料調査に基づいて科学の共有地問題に関するモデルを設定し分析を行うこと。3つ目は、物的資産に関する共有地問題と知的資産に関する共有地問題の共通点、および相違点などを考察することであった。これらの計画について成果が出次第、研究成果の発表をすることを計画していた。1つ目の計画については、昨年度にDiscussion paperにまとめた論文の改定作業や再投稿を行った。2つ目の計画については、1年目に行っていた論文や資料調査を踏まえ、以下の研究を行った。まず、Peretto (2003) モデルを修正した。そして、彼が導き出した資本所得課税が経済成長に与える効果とは異なる結果が得られることが、理論的に分かった。現在は、資本所得課税が経済成長に与える影響について研究した文献の調査や論文の構成を検討するなどをして論文を執筆している。次に、Ivus, Park, and Saggi (2015) に基づいた研究を行っている。彼女らは、先進国企業が研究開発した財の生産を自国で行うか、途上国に直接投資し行うか、またはライセンス契約を行い途上国の企業に生産させるかを選択できる状況で、途上国の知的財産権が強化されたときに先進国企業の選択がどのように変わるかを研究している。ただし、産業の数（財の数）が外生的であると仮定しているため、経済成長率が外生的に決定される。この過程を緩め、内生成長理論の枠組みで彼女たちの研究をとらえなおす試みを行っている。また、途上国の知的財産権の強化だけでなく、人的資本投資が先進国企業の選択と経済成長に与える影響を考慮した研究ができないか検討している。3つ目の計画については、論文の改定作業が予想していたよりも多かったため取り組むことができなかった。
