令和４年度は、二件の出版を実現できた。一方コロナ禍が継続しており、途中でコロナ対策は緩和されたものの、ドイツの図書館の利用制限は長く続いていたため、ドイツでの資料収集は諦め、予算は執行しなかった。出版関連以外の今年度の研究は、手持ちの資料の検討にあてた。まず、ヴィンケルマンの『ギリシア芸術模倣論』（『絵画と彫刻におけるギリシア芸術模倣論』『『絵画と彫刻におけるギリシア芸術模倣論』にたいする公開状』『ドレスデン王立古代小陳列室のミイラについて』『『絵画と彫刻におけるギリシア芸術模倣論』の解説と模倣論にたいする公開状への回答』全訳に、彫像描写三点、初期書簡十点を加えたもの）の翻訳出版にさいし、すでに出版社に渡してあった原稿をさらに推敲し、紙幅に合わせて訳注を大幅に圧縮、解題を執筆するなどの作業を行い、十月に出版された。『ギリシア芸術模倣論』の原注を含めた全訳は、邦訳では初めてのものとなる。この書は18世紀にギリシア熱を呼び覚ましただけでなく、以降の人間学、身体観など、芸術論を超えて大きな影響力を及ぼした。書簡には健康や食養生など当時の身体意識にかんする意識が伺え、人間学をめぐる文化史的にも貴重な資料である。解題は20世紀に至るまでの身体観への影響を中心に記した。また、啓蒙思想における「ジェンダー」項目の執筆を担当した『啓蒙の百科事典』も出版された。ジェンダーは18世紀の人間学の重要項目の一つである。ただ本年度も、次項で述べる事情で、研究に十分な時間をあてることがかなわず、資料を散発的に検討するだけで終わってしまった。まずヘルダーのヴィンケルマン関連の著作、Kritische Waelder等に加え、ヘルダーに関しての二次文献のほか、いわゆる道徳週刊誌の初期の代表的なものであるDer Patriot. 1724-1726の全篇を通して読み、検討した。
