项目摘要

１．倫理的成熟に向けての教育プログラムの開発研究分担者と共に、システム思考トレーニングのためのシナリオ作成を複数実施した。組織の特徴によるパターン（例：新人が多く、毎年のスタッフの流動性が高い、年齢幅の広いスタッフ層で構成されている、管理者が若く、経験が少ないなど）を設定し、それぞれに合わせたシナリオ事例を複数作成した。２．研究協力施設のリクルート研究分担者とともに、いくつかの病院に研究協力を求めた。３．効果判定のための尺度選定研究分担者とともに、尺度の検討を行った。

1. Ethical Maturity Education Research Sharing Coordinator,システム思トレーニングのためのシナリオ成をplural実士した. The special features of the organization (for example: newbies, high liquidity, and high-level composition for each year)されている、Manager が如く、経験が小ないなど）をsettingし、それぞれに合わせたシナリオcaseをplural creationした. 2. Research co-ordinator of research at the Research Collaborative Facility is Toshiko Toshiro, and the Research Collaborative Research Coordinator of the Research Collaborative Facility is Tsurugi. 3. The research co-ordinators of the evaluation of the effect were selected by the research co-ordinators: Toto and the scale.
