项目摘要

本研究の目的は,幼児期からの肥満予防のため家族が生活習慣を客観視し,生活のコントロールが行えるための生活習慣セルフモニタリング測定尺度を開発することである。最終年度にあたる今年度は生活習慣セルフモニタリング尺度の質問紙の信頼性と妥当性の検証を行った。尺度の原案は平成19,20年度の結果に基づき幼児ならびに家族に関する基礎情報の質問項目15問,尺度構成は質問項目50問となった。子どもの体型が気になると回答した5～6歳の子どもがいる保護者63名に対し質問紙調査を実施し55名(91%)より回答を得た後,再テスト法を試みた。調査結果の因子分析(主因子法,バリマックス回転)により,解釈可能な9因子が抽出された。第1因子は「崩せない家族のペース」第2因子は「間食と活動量の少なさ」,第3因子「母親の指導力不足に起因する肥満になる食生活」,第4因子「家族のコミュニケーション力」,第5因子「規律のない食生活」,第6因子「子どもの運動量の不足と遅寝遅起き」,第7因子「働く母親と遅い夕食時刻」,第8因子「計画性のない家族行動パターン」,第9因子「甘党の朝食パンメニュー」となり,9下位尺度33項目(5段階評価)からなる質問紙となった。累積寄与率は54.5%,内的整合性を示すクロバッハαは0.78であった。再テストによる再現性は良好であった(Spearman's p=0.61, p<0.01)。以上の結果より,家族の生活習慣セルフモニタリング尺度が作成され,尺度構成の内的一貫性と再現性が検証できた。今後は質問紙の標準化と子どもの肥満度群別による得点法について検討を進めていき,さらなる信頼性と妥当性を検証していく必要がある。また,この尺度の保健指導における活用方法の検討も行う必要が示唆された。これらの結果は小児保健学の学会で発表予定である。
