Research of the science lesson program for promotion of the scientific cognitive ability by coordination between compulsory education schools and universities

为了开发科学课，培养小学生科学思维所需要的形式操作能力，借鉴英国案例项目的成果进行了基础性研究。尽管由于调查和课堂实践对大学附中学生的认知发展有一定的限制，但研究发现CASE的成果在日本学生中也是有效的，并受到在职教师的欢迎，因为它与当前科学教育中他们的问题意识存在重叠。

In order to develop the science lesson which nurtures the formal operations ability demanded when a pupil thinks scientifically, fundamental study was performed by referring to the achievement for the CASE project in UK. Though it was restrictive as a result of the survey and lesson practice on the cognitive development for the pupils of university attached school, it was found that the achievement of CASE was effective also in Japanese pupils and is embraced by in-service teachers since it overlapped with their problem consciousness in present science education.
