The Development Program of the Re-Socialization support system for Adolescents and Adults with Developmental Disability exhibiting maladjustment problem

2008年和2009年，我们对特殊支持学校和支持服务机构中发育性残疾人士咨询支持系统的实际情况和适应不良情况进行了调查。2010年，我们研究了为发育性残疾人士提供咨询支持的运作体系和服务。因此，在半数以上的配套服务机构中都提供了咨询服务。此外，我们还开发了咨询支持系统。其次，在接受咨询服务的人群中，保护者所占的比例最高，其次是发育障碍者所占的比例较高。此外，还有很多来自服务提供商的咨询案例。最后，最多的咨询案件与占领有关。然后，有很多案例涉及到以下问题；机构，服务和家庭问题，日常生活。此外，作为这些问题的对应，80%以上的提供者是与医疗机构协调活动。综上所述，建立以社区为基础的咨询支持系统和社区生活支持系统（aging and regression support Center），促进社区生活和社会参与，并通过医疗机构对其进行管理，是目前急需实现的问题，作为对严重退化或早衰的发育性残疾青少年和成人的保护和治疗措施。

In 2008 and 2009, we conducted a survey on the actual conditions of the consultation support system and the maladjustment for the individuals with developmental disabilities in special support schools and in supporting service institutions. And in 2010, we researched on the operation system and services of consultation supports that provide the service for the persons with developmental disabilities.As a result, in more than half of the supporting service institutions are providing the consultation service. Furthermore, they we developed as consultation supporting system. Secondly, the protector occupies the highest percentage ever in the person who takes consultation service, and the person with developmental disabilities shows a high ratio in the next. Also, there were a lot of consultation cases from the service providers. Last of all, the largest number of consultation cases are concerning to the occupation. Then, there were a lot of cases are concerning to the following problems; institution, services and family issues, the daily living. In addition, as a correspondence of these problems, more than 80% of providers were coordinate activity with medical institutions.In conclusion, as a measure of the protection and treatment for adolescent and adult with developmental disability who was severely compromised by the regression or early aging, the establishment of the community based consultation support system and community life support system (Aging and Regression Support Center) for prompting community life and social participation that administer it through the medical institution are the urgent problems to be realized immediately.
