Psychological study about the development or the mentally-disabled person's dementia early assessment system and the treatment educational program

本研究有两个目的。本研究的目的，一是开发早期发现智障人士失智症并进行评估的系统，二是开发照护方案，结果有二：第一是开发由“心智评估功能测验”、“身体评估功能测验”、《智力残疾人适应检查表》、《外貌老化体征评估表》和《行为问题检查表》。第二个结果是，制定了两种护理计划。这些是心理功能维护计划和身体功能维护计划。这两种方案分别在设施执行版、家庭执行版和专门机构执行版中进行了修订，并对5名患有痴呆症的精神残疾人实施了这两种方案。下一个研究任务是判断它是否有任何影响，这是一个强制性的结果。

There are two purposes in this study. One is the development of the system to discover intellectual disabled person's dementia early and to assess it. The second purpose is the development of the care program.Two results could get it. As for the first result to develop "the intellectual disabled person's dementia early assessment system" composed by "mental assessment function test", "physical assessment function test", "adaptation check list for the person with an intellectual disabilities", appearance aging sign evaluation table" and "behavioral problem check list. And for the second result is two kinds of care programs were developed. Those are a mental function maintenance program and a physical function maintenance program. These two kinds of programs were revised in a facilities execution edition and a family execution edition and the execution edition in the specialized agency, and it was carried out to 5 mentally-disabled persons with dementia. The next research task to judge whether it had any effect took place as an enforced result to program these.
