1.人胰腺导管上皮细胞和K-ras基因突变胰腺星状细胞的建立我们用逆转录病毒载体pBabepuro-KRAS 4 B_（？<G12V>）证实HPDE存在K-ras基因突变。我们尝试将逆转录病毒载体pBabepuro-KRAS 4 B ^<G12V>转染到人胰腺星状细胞和大鼠胰腺星状细胞中.人胰腺导管上皮细胞与K-ras突变的胰腺星状细胞共培养后的基因改变。(1)本实验通过将K-ras突变的人胰腺导管上皮细胞和胰腺星状细胞与胰腺星状细胞共培养，研究其基因的改变。(2)本研究通过K-ras突变的人胰腺导管上皮细胞与胰腺星状细胞共培养以及胰腺星状细胞与miRNA芯片共培养，检测miRNA的表达变化。

The establish of the Human Pancraetic Duct Epithelial Cell and Pancreatic stellate cell with K-ras mutationWe established that Human Pancraetic Duct Epithelial Cell (HPDE) which retroviral vector pBabepuro-KRAS4B^<G12V> was transfected. We confirmed that the HPDE had K-ras mutation. We are trying that retroviral vector pBabepuro-KRAS4B^<G12V> was transfected to the human pancreatic stellate cell and the rat pancreatic stellate cell in the similar medhod.2. The alteration of the gene by the co-culture of Human Pancraetic Duct Epithelial Cell and Pancreatic stellate cell with K-ras mutation and Pancreatic stellate cell.(1) We are researching that the alteration of the gene by the co-culture of Human Pancraetic Duct Epithelial Cell and Pancreatic stellate cell with K-ras mutation and Pancreatic stellate cell.(2) We are examining that the alteration of the miRNA by the co-culture of Human Pancraetic Duct Epithelial Cell and Pancreatic stellate cell with K-ras mutation and Pancreatic stellate cell with miRNA microarray.
