Solution and applications of multi-objective optimization problems with distributed multiple evaluators

针对一类现有方法无法解决的多目标优化问题，提出了一种求解方法。在求解基于多个评价标准的多目标优化问题时，决策者需要在众多的备选方案中寻找最佳的备选方案，这就需要评价者的偏好来表示哪个标准比其他标准更重要。现有的方法假设决策者和评估者是同一个人，而在现实中，他们是不同的人会出现问题。针对这类问题，提出了一种能够正确估计评价者偏好并以此为基础找到解决方案的方法，并通过应用实例验证了该方法的有效性。

In this study a solution method was proposed for a class of multi-objective optimization problems which had not been addressed by the existing methods. When solving a multi-objective optimization problem where the decision maker finds the best alternative among a number of alternatives based on multiple evaluation criteria, the preference of the evaluator is necessary which indicates which criterion is more important than the others. The existing methods assume that the decision maker and the evaluator are the same person, while in reality there are problems where they are distinct persons. For this kind of problems, a method was developed which can properly estimate the evaluator's preference and find the solution based on it, and its validity was confirmed by application examples.
