Discussion of the future perspective of the Japanese Agriculture through the survey of foreign workers on Japanese agriculture

在本研究中，我通过对日本农业外籍劳工的调查来探讨日本农业的未来前景。本研究的主要研究区域为以高原蔬菜种植闻名的长野县川上村，以及东京都大型蔬菜生产区茨城县六子区。最近在这两个农业地区，外国工人的数量迅速增加。在这项研究中，我从三个角度分析了外国工人的快速增长。首先，从农村劳动力市场的转型入手，探讨了农村劳动力市场扩张的背景。其次，重点分析了外劳就业扩大与经济农场规模扩大之间的相互联系。第三，在日本农业外籍劳工迅速扩张后，日本农村农民的经营原则从合伙向支配转变。

In this study, I discussed the future perspective of the Japanese agriculture through the survey of foreign workers on Japanese agriculture.The main research areas in this study are Kawakami village in Nagano prefecture that is famous in highland vegetable farming, and Rokko district in Ibaraki prefecture that is the large scale vegetable production area for Metropolitan Tokyo. In these two agricultural areas, it observed the rapid increase of foreign workers these days.In this study, I analyzed these rapid increases of foreign workers from three viewpoints. Firstly, I discussed the background of these expansions from the transformation of labor market in rural area. Secondly, I focused the linked interrelation between the expanded employment of foreign workers and the expansion of economic farm scale. Thirdly, I pay attention on the shift from partnership to domination in management principle of Japanese village farmers after the rapid expansion of foreign workers in Japanese agriculture.
