I have determined genomic sequences of asparagus virus X, a member of the genus Potexvirus, butterbur mosaic virus, genus Carlavirus, and a California isolate of radish mosaic virus, genus Comovirus. I have analyzed the genomic sequence variability of plant RNA viruses by comparing between these sequences and sequences in database.
