A study of the diplomatic negotiation between the Qing dynasty and the Kazakh nomads in the latter half of the 18th century

本研究在原始档案资料的基础上，对19世纪下半叶清朝与哈萨克游牧民族的外交谈判进行了研究。重要的成果是发表了一篇关于清朝与哈萨克领导人关系的英文研究论文。本书的主要目的是介绍从哈萨克领导人到清朝的文件，并研究它们的特征和作为历史来源的价值。此外，还可为哈萨克派往清廷的使团提供基本资料。

This research, on the basis of primary archival sources, studied the diplomatic negotiation between the Qing dynasty and the Kazakh nomads in the latter half of the 19th century. The important result is a publication of research paper in English on the relationship between the Qing dynasty and the Kazakh leaders. The main objective of this book is to introduce documents that were addressed from the Kazakh leaders to the Qing dynasty, and to examine their features and value as historical sources. In addition, it could provide the basic data on the Kazakh missions sent to the Qing court.
