National University Corporations were incorporated in 2006, and a first medium-term plan was finished on March, 2011. For six years, National University Corporations faced several problems, that is, renewal of management system, education system, study and research system, etc.. This study reveals several subjects in a management system by means of theoretical and financial analysis for next six years.
