平成21年度に引き続き、満足化基準に基づく合理的意思決定のモデルについて研究を行った。さらに、本年度は前年までの研究成果を踏まえ、参照点による相対化の観点から、最大化基準と満足化基準の見直しを検討した。従来において、参照点による相対化による合理的意思決定モデルの探求は近年特に注目を浴びてきているが、満足化基準による選好判断を固定された参照点からの乖離として捕らえるモデルが中心であった。本研究では、より一般的に参照点を捉え、最大化基準との組み合わせは3項関係として、満足化基準との組み合わせでは2項関係としてモデル化を行い、より操作性の高い定量的表現を求める研究を行った。また、参照点の相対化についての考え方を行動論的経済学、行動論的意思決定、実験経済学、実験心理学などの実証的な分野において広くサーベイを行い、文献のデータベースを作成した。以上の研究成果の最終的な内容は論文の形にはまだまとまっていない。今後、部分的に得られた結果(証明された定理など)を整理し、論文として公表していく予定である。ただし、これらの成果の途中結果として、内容的に論文としてほぼ完成しているものが2点ある。それは、Acceptable gambles on finite sets'どAcceptable horse lotteries on finite sets'である。前者の論文は主観的期待効用モデルを満足化基準のもとで導出できることを示したものである。後者の論文では、満足化基準は従来の選好順序にもとづく最大化基準という概念を包含する一般的な基準であることを示し、より広範囲の主観的効用モデルの導出を試みたものである。しかしながら、これらの理論展開には結果の集合が有限であるという条件のもとで導出できたという限界があり、今後の研究によりその条件を外すことが必要になってくる。
