I organized the "Taiwan Modern Poetry Study Group”, with the help of many collaborators, and our activities resulted in the following two works. (1)The publication of a series of five books: "Modern Taiwan Poets Series", each volume having a chronology of poets and an essay about the research results. (2)I held five workshops, in which poets and scholars in Japan and Taiwan collaborated in the study of the contemporary Taiwan poetry. Through these two works, wehave been enabled to provide in Japan the basis for the research into modern Taiwan poetry.
