Law and Economics, and Mechanism Design

本研究旨在整合机制设计与法经济学两个不同的研究领域，将机制设计理论应用于公法经济学的重要课题。常木发表了关于机制设计理论与日本公法规则的一致性、日本官僚机构和劳动法的经济后果的文章和书籍。芹泽在权威期刊上发表了关于机制设计理论基础的文章，并在公共采购的实验研究中取得了重要成果。

This research intended to integrate two different research area, mechanism design and law and economics and applied the mechanism design theory to the important topics of public law and economics. Tsuneki published articles and books regarding the consistency of mechanism design theory and the rules of Japanese public law, the economic consequences of Japanese bureaucracy and labor law. Serizawa published articles in refereed journals on the theoretical foundations of mechanism design and gained important results in the experimental study of public procurement.
