Trans-arterial chemo-embolization with drug-eluting beads

将几种栓塞剂浸入抗癌药物溶液中一定时间后，评价栓塞剂中包含抗癌药物的程度。提出了抗癌药物加入栓塞剂的最佳时机。本研究正在进行中，作为一项临床研究，采用多种抗癌药物联合栓塞剂（Gelpart和Embozene）进行肝动脉化疗栓塞。目前，临床有效性正在评估中。

After dipping several kinds of embolic agents into solution of anticancer drugs for certain period of time, degree of including anticancer drugs in embolic agents was evaluated. Optimum time for anticancer drugs to be included in embolic agents was led. This research is going on. As a clinical research, trans-hepatic arterial chemo-embolization was performed with combination of several kinds of anticancer drugs and embolic agents such as Gelpart and Embozene. Currently, clinical effectiveness is under evaluation.
