Development of new stent graft system using whole aortic navigation

我们在我们的混合OR中引入了一种新的导航系统，该系统可以从3D-AngioCT(Dya CT)数据中自动识别解剖的主动脉瓣标志物(冠状动脉口、主动脉瓣尖)。我们还开发了一种新的生物可吸收支架移植物，将组织生长引入其支架中。通过使用这种新的支架移植物，当植入到主动脉夹层模型中时，获得了良好的假腔血栓形成和闭塞。

We introduced a new navigating system in our hybrid OR which can automatically identify the anatomical aortic valve landmark(orifice of the coronary artery, aortic valve cusp) from the data of 3D-angioCT(Dyna CT). And also we developed a new bioabsorbable stent graft which introduces tissue growth into its scaffold. By using this new stent graft, excellent false lumen thrombosis and obliteration was achieved when implanted to an aortic dissection model.
