Development of a home care support program for people living with HIV/AIDS in regional cities

本研究旨在制定一项教育计划，以促进对艾滋病毒/艾滋病感染者的家庭护理支持。结果表明，艾滋病毒/艾滋病感染者担心自己的衰老和可能的其他疾病，而家访护士不熟悉艾滋病毒/艾滋病护理。为了促进艾滋病毒/艾滋病护理的准备工作，我们需要对家访护士以及所有参与护理的人进行干预，使他们以积极的态度看待艾滋病毒/艾滋病护理的准备工作。建议在护理教育中增加对艾滋病的一般知识，使护理人员能够想象艾滋病感染者是什么样的人，他们是如何生活的，从而激发护理人员的情感。

This study was aimed at the development of an education program to promote home care support to people living with HIV/AIDS. The results showed that people living with HIV/AIDS were worried about their aging and possible other illnesses, while home visit nurses were not familiar with HIV/AIDS care. In order to promote preparation for HIV/AIDS care, we need to perform intervention to home visit nurses as well as all people engaged in the care to make them perceive the preparation for HIV/AIDS care in a positive light. It was suggested that the education program should include general knowledge on HIV/AIDS and should appeal to nurses’ affective dimension by making it easy for them to imagine what people living with HIV/AIDS are like and how they live.
