Boundary marks off the space between different entities. It is said that physical, psychological, social, spiritual boundaries exist on boundaries among human beings. This research extracted technical factors on "negotiating boundaries" by psychiatric nurses and clarified how they acquired them. In addition, it extracted the model of "boundary concept" on the patient-nurse relationship in a general hospital.
