项目摘要

最終年度にあたる本年度は、資料の収集とテクストの分析を重点的に行った。資料に関しては、トルコ国内(スレイマニイェ図書館)において写本調査を実施し、ファナーリー(1431年没)の主著『コーラン開扉章注釈』『聖法源学断章集』『親密の灯』の3点について、彼の直筆ないし存命中に書写されたと言われる写本を1点ずつ入手することができた。テクスト分析に関しては、まず前年度からの作業を継続し、『親密の灯』にみられるファナーリーの一連の議論において重要な役割を担う形象論を、そのソースの1つとされる『プラトン的知性的形象』(14世紀頃成立の著者不詳の論考)との比較のもとに検討した。この成果は既に論文としてまとめて投稿しており、現在はその再査読にむけた改稿作業中である。形象論に関する検討のあとは、ファナーリーが『親密の灯』冒頭部で展開している「学問」をめぐる議論について検討した。その結果、学問論には同書の少なくとも前半部における探究の指針を示す重要な役割が与えられているということ、そして彼の学問論が先行するイブン=スィーナー(1037年没)らの哲学者によって展開された議論を自身の目的にあうよう部分的に改変したものだということが明らかになった。この成果は「『親密の灯』冒頭部に見るファナーリーの学問論:「実相学」の主題設定と主題論・原理論の改変」(学会発表)として発表した。現在は以上の考察を補強するために、彼の学問論の背景にある哲学的神学的諸議論の検討を行うとともに、同論が支える『親密の灯』前半部での探究全体の考察を進めている。
