本研究は、従来解明されてこなかった関西の日本舞踊を対象としている。関西の日本舞踊は、東京の日本舞踊に席捲され、また花街で伝承されているため、調査自体も困難な状況になりつつある。本研究はそうした関西の日本舞踊の全体像を明らかにするため、具体的には京都や大阪における流行歌の歌詞を記載した出版物である「上方音曲正本」を研究対象として、注釈付き本文データベースの作成と、その過程で判明した関西の舞踊の実態について研究発表を行うことを目標とした。平成23年度は、情報収集と公開に向けたデジタル化の作業を進め、本文データベースを完成させ、注釈等の本文研究にも重点を置いた。その結果、研究発表が可能となるような事例を見出すことができ、エストニアのタリン大学で開かれたヨーロッパ日本研究協会において関西の日本舞踊の歌詞における間テクスト性について発表を行い、ソウルの高麗大学にて開催された日本近世文学会においては従来歌舞伎と縁の薄いとされてきた関西の日本舞踊の歌詞が、歌舞伎作品の強い影響下に成立したことを発表した。また、これら江戸時代に作られた歌詞の発展的な形式として、明治初年の実験的な花街の舞踊公演「都をどり」を主題とした研究発表を楽劇学会大会にて行い、同学会の機関誌に論文を執筆した。さらに、花街における伝承を調査した結果、歌舞伝承の共同体として花街を分析し、大阪大学にて行われた国際演劇学会において研究発表を行った。

This study is aimed at clarifying the relationship between Japanese dance and Chinese dance. Kansai Japanese Dance Festival, Tokyo Japanese Dance Festival swept through the city, the flower street, the investigation of their own difficulties This study aims to clarify the process of creating and developing the Kansai dance by recording the lyrics of popular songs in Kyoto and Osaka. In 2013, the focus of this research was on the development of information collection and disclosure, the completion of this research, and the introduction of new information. The results and research findings of this study are presented as examples of the possibilities of Japanese dance lyrics in Kansai, Japan. The Japanese Studies Association of Kansai, Korea University, Japan Modern Literature Association, Japan. Kabuki works under the strong influence of the establishment of In the Edo period, the lyrics were developed in the form of a dance performance in the early Meiji period, and the theme of the study was written in the journal of the Academy of Drama. The results of the survey, the analysis of the community of songs and dances, and the research and development of the International Theatre Society conducted by Osaka University
