The purpose of this study was to examine for an after school program contributes to child and parent well-being, and clarify the issues on the implementation. The main results were that the participation in after school activities broaden the interpersonal relationships with other children considered to maintain and improve children's mental health, and effected their parent's interest in and action to the community and other children. In order to create after school "Ibasyo" for children, the management function is essential.

本研究的目的是探讨课外活动对儿童和家长幸福感的贡献，并澄清实施中的问题。主要结果是，参与课外活动扩大了与其他儿童的人际关系，被认为是保持和改善儿童的心理健康，并影响他们的父母的兴趣和行动，以社区和其他儿童。为了创造放学后的“Ibasyo”的儿童，管理功能是必不可少的。
