Internal Structure and Relationship with the Authorities of Russian Diaspora in Manchukuo : Fluidity of Borders and Networks

本研究的目的是通过对日常生活中存在的各种网络的分析，阐明在日本傀儡政权满洲国的俄罗斯侨民的动态。为此，生田集中于社会和文化方面的调查，藤原集中于经济方面的调查，而井上则研究宗教和上田与华人社区的关系。在斯德哥尔摩中欧和东欧研究国际理事会举行的小组讨论会、在海参崴举行的日本-俄罗斯联合专题讨论会、东北亚近现代史协会会议以及项目成员在大坂举办的国际专题讨论会上口头介绍了该项目的成果。最后，报告以与项目相同的标题在书中发表。

The goal of this project is to clarify the dynamic state of Russian Diaspora in the Japanese puppet-state of Manchukuo through the analysis of various networks existing in daily life. For this purpose Ikuta concentrated on the investigation of social and cultural aspects, Fujiwara on the economic ones, while Igaue examined religion and Ueda relations with Chinese communities. The results of this project were presented orally at the panel held at the International Council for Central and East European Studies in Stockholm, the Japanese-Russian Joint Symposium in Vladivostok, at the meeting of the Association for Modern and Contemporary History of Northeast Asia and at the International symposium organized by project members in Osaka. Finally, the reports are published in the book under the same title as the project.
