This study aimed to reveal relationships between newly-entered farming businesses and rural communities/economies. In Japan, farming businesses are developing their businesses by diversification and value-added strategies. In the US, CSAs(Community Supported Agriculture) are increasing, however, the relationships between CSA farm and members are gradually shifting to business-oriented ones.

本研究旨在揭示新进入的农业企业和农村社区/经济之间的关系。在日本，农业企业正在通过多样化和增值战略发展业务。在美国，社区支持农业（CSA）正在增加，但CSA农场和成员之间的关系正逐渐转向商业导向的关系。
